Not a bad idea. Are you talking about what certain abbreviated words mean in the FJ world?...

Yep. And not just abbreviated or acronyms, but phrases and terminology as well. I'm constantly going back and forth all over Google or other FJ sites, tracking down info.

And not just a brief spell out of the abbreviated, but maybe some slight expansive explanation on a given term. Some times, I'll find what the abbreviation means ... but no real explanation of what the actual thing does or is used for, which leads to more leg work and researching. In some cases, I may not even find the answer and give up.

Start posting some of the stuff you aren't sure about and we can get an idea where to go from there. I like this idea.

BM - UCA, OEM, body mount chop, wheel statistics : offset, etc ...

That's just off the top of my head. Again, I'm a total newbie ... in thy past, I bought a vehicle and drove it. With the FJ, changes require a lot of research, an understanding of the terminology, etc.

It's like learning another language ... literally.

nice vid choice

Here is a forum suggestion. The "more" link for more smilies is pretty much the same color as the background so it is hard to see. Also, the dancing bananas mess up the formatting.
