As far as the suspension and engine, yes.

I've done:

17" KMC XD Addict Wheels on stock 35" BFG ATs
Flowmaster 50 series 3" -> Dual 2.5 out side exit(stock tail pipe)
Tinted windows/ Ventshades
Color matched bumpers and fender flares Tuxedo Black
Bed lined skid plate
Craven Speed Stubby Antenna
Black F O R D vinyl lettering on grille
Front spring perch adjustment + 3" for nose high pre-runner look
Red SVT logo mod
...and some other less noticeable
