ya...you got it....2007 TRD only had it for about a month...bought it with 37,000 miles on it and in cherry condition.....been out of the 4X4 loop for a while but my last one new was a '98 Tacoma TRD MT and that was the coolest thing ever....you couldn't stop it.... So I'm not a green-horn....just an FJ newbie.... Luven the FJ so far for sure tho....thanks for the welcome....

I didn't want to whore another person's post so I am posting my question to you here. I noticed your top was black in a pic on the beach you took of your FJ. Did you paint it that way?

no....the TRD was a special edition.....special editions come in a solid color....just like the Trail Teams are special editions too and come in a solid color....

Crap, I missed that. I didn't realize it was a TRD. I knew they didn't come with the white. Brain farted that one :p
